Due to continued expansion we now wish to appoint a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based at our prestigious Liverpool city centre head office. Benefiting from our structured training programme, you will work alongside our existing experienced consultants, assisting them whilst you learn about the industry with a view to specialising in Sales, IT, HR, Commercial or Telecommunications recruitment. The role will involve providing support to experienced consultants in all aspects of recruitment and administration, and will include responsibilities for the effective and timely processing of job applications and advert responses coupled with candidate and client contact. Full training and career development will be provided with a view to progressing to become a Recruitment Consultant.A track record in either Recruitment or Sales/Sales Support is advantageous, but by no means essential as successful applicants will be those best able to demonstrate their commitment, enthusiasm and ability to learn from either a previous career, academic achievements and/or from life experiences.
