Description: Due to continued expansion, m2r Ltd is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to be based from their Wakefield head office. We require a self motivated, enthusiastic individual with current recruitment experience, ideally running a sales desk. A proven track record is essential, you will be a consistent biller and be used to generating new business as well as client management. You will have the ability to prioritise work, handle several assignments at once, cope under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Confidence and maturity on the phone are a must. You will receive full training and support, however we are a small company so sometimes you will be expected to just get on with it, so a high degree of autonomy is required! Package – Dept upon experience + uncapped commission + full training & progression.
