My client a leading IT organisation is looking to recruit a 1st Line Support person to join their team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st line support person to join a well established company.
You will be responsible for working in a team of 8 helpdesk professionals and supporting a UK wide network and resolving issues. You will be expected to deal with calls from technical and non technical people and resolve any problems in a Microsoft environment.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent technical understanding and experience of Active Directory, Windows XP, Server 2000/2003 and backups. You will also have excellent customer service and the passion and desire for IT.
