Description: Adecco are currently recruiting for Direct Sales Consultants to work within a large mobile phone call centre in London.The purpose of the position is to sell the services of the mobile phone company to customers calling, to help customers make the right choice every time and providing simple and impartial advice across the company’s full range of products whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience on every single call.Main duties and responsibilities of the role are:Answering Inbound customer queries and converting these into salesMeeting or exceeding minimum sales targets setUsing effective questioning skills to provide customers with the correct recommendations to meet their needsKeep up to date with all current products and promotionsListening to and empathising with the customer, ensuring high standards of customer experience and remaining calm and objective when dealing with difficult customersWorking with team members to meet team targets and promote healthy internal competitionTo update the customer’s care notes after every call on a database.Person Specification:Candidates must have previous sales experience either face to face or via the telephone with excellent customer service skillsMust be PC literate with knowledge of internet browsing, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsGood sales skills – listening, questioning, recommendingPositive attitude – accepting full responsibility for every call, able to overcome setbacks and respond positively to feedback.Financially driven with a hunger to succeedMotivated by sales targetsThe salary for this position is £14,000 per annum plus uncapped commission which on average is £24K, top sellers can earn £50K OTE.If you want to work in a vibrant and fast paced environment please apply immediately!Please be advised that due to the anticipated numbers of applicants, we cannot get back to all candidates and therefore encourage you to visit the Adecco website for further information on positions available.
