Description: HR Manager, Chelmsford, Essex. Our Chelmsford based client requires HR manager to join their growing HR department. Working closely with line managers and directors and advising on all aspects of HR from recruiting, legal requirements and general office procedures you will be responsible for overseeing the whole HR department, CIPD qualified candidates are preferred but this is not essential. Joining and leading this growing department, candidates must possess excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to lead and manage a small team. Candidates will also be expected to carry out interviews, appraisals and to perform regular management audits on employee details.
