Description: This school based in Richmond is looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Maths Teacher as of Septmeber 2008. The school will be starting the contract this July so the successful candidate will receive a salary over the summer holidays. The post is to teach Mathematics up to GCSE and/or A levelThis is a rapidly improving school with the Maths department leading the way. They have a very talented and committed staff team with a great atmosphere within the school. A recent Ofsted recognised the improvement the school had made and they did not receive any inadequate scores with the behaviour of learners being one of the higher marks. The successful applicant must*Have obtained QTS status*References from both placements*A committment to furthering the learning of students*A positive attitude*Proven experience of maintaining a classroom and supporting childrenThe school is offering a very attractive package with a very competitive salary. The contract will begin at the beginning of July and so the applicant will be paid over the summer holidays as previously mentoned. As well as this a £3000 "Golden Hello" will be awarded following the completion of the induction year.
