Description: My client who which operates 400 offices worldwide offer planning and delivering strategic customer relationship marketing programmes for major international brands. They are currently looking to take on a customer service co-ordinator to join their already hardworking vastly expanding team of 150 strong staff.So, what will you do as a Customer Service Co-ordinator? o Answer customer emails, responding to customer queries in a timely and helpful manner. o Handle escalated calls, ensuring customer queries and complaints are handled with the utmost compassion and understanding; providing accurate information in relation to the queries whilst providing an excellent level of customer service. o Receive letters and mail from customers, logging and responding to them whilst ensuring the appropriate actions are taken. o Placing outbound calls directly to customers to follow up any outstanding issues or to provide resolution on cases and complaints. If you feel you hold the experience and compassion to provide the highest customer satisfaction then we want to here from you.Please email cv asap.
