Description: The Role Food & Beverage Manager : -The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will have either Hotel or Retail Managment Expereience. -The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved. The Food & Beverage Manager will be reporting directly into the Deputy General Manager -This is a 2 month contract starting ASAP and with the potential to go Permanent -Working 5 out of 7 days per week -Working shift are 3pm - 11pm -A good understanding of English is required both written and verbal -Knowledge of the OPRA system is a huge plus If you feel you have the right qualities for this role or please call Nick Gardner now for an interview
