Description: A great opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager who is out of work to take on an interim role for two months. A 200 bed four star corporate property in Watford. Job Description The Food and Beverage Manager will be largely operational for their time in this interim role. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, room service and 12 Conference and Banqueting rooms. Managing around 25 staff, you will be accountable for implementing a consistent and high level of service to guests, while ensuring your team are productive and happy in their roles. Required Experience The right candidate will come from an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, or Food and Beverage Manager role and will be looking for a temporary position between jobs. This is a great opportunity for somebody on a working holiday visa.
