Description: Sales Support CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen within a busy and vibrant sales office, this is a pivotal role working within a team of 4. You will need to be a strong team player with a professional and confident manner and previous telephone experience. Duties will include, - Receiving and dealing with all incoming enquiries-Accurately updating and maintaining the database on receipt of all queries- Making outbound calls to companies in receipt of the companies information to explain about the service and offer them open day appointments- Follow up with all seminar delegates, whether they attended or not, to ascertain if they require the company services and ensure that all prospect communication is recorded on the database·Arranging all open day appointments and briefs, with initial calling & follow up calls·Booking external meeting rooms if required by the Business Managers·Handling any administrative requests from the business managers ·Achieving open day targets including the maintenance and update of all statistics by the end of every monthEssential requirements include a -Positive proactive attitude towards work·Enjoys working within a target orientated environment·Excellent organisational skills – ability to work quickly between programmes to manage diary and database·Strong Influencing and communication skills ··Sales experience – desirable though training will be given··Good Computer skills·Creative approach to problem solving Parking available, quarterly bonus, 8.30 - 5pm Mon to Thurs and 4.30pm finish on a Friday!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
