Description: Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical Electrical - Quantity Surveyor MEP QSPhase one of the Yas Island Development Project Abu Dhabi, a USD 40 billion, 25,000 hectare mixed use development will involve the construction of the following :·Tilke Formula 1 race track ·Ferarri Racing school and test track ·Benoy Retail Mall (3million sq feet) ·Warner Brothers theme park ·White Water theme park ·10 x Hotels (including one 6 star hotel) ·4 x Golf coursesSummary of duties for Quantity Surveyor MEP Quantity Surveyor Abu Dhabi:This construction consultancy will be providing the lead QS role, leading all other QS teams on the project. Experience needed for quantity surveyor/ mechanical electrical QS:Professional experience in a leading PQS practice. Mechanical Electrical experience in cost management is a MUST.
