Description: The Role:As a member of the Telesales team you will generate the maximum number of B2B appointments by calling small and large businesses in your designated area.You will work towards hitting and exceeding all targets on a daily basis.The role requires you to qualify new business contacts for future use.You will arrange and confirm solid appointments with new business contacts to be attended by the companies Business Development Managers.You will be expected to maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect package and keep an accurate record of who has been contacted, the nature of any conversation and the outcome in the database.The Person: You should be confident with a persuasive telephone manner whilst always remaining professional.You will have the drive and determination to exceed your monthly target without any loss in the quality of work you provide.You should be an effective communicator at all levels with the ability to work well in a team.You should have basic computer skills.Previous experience in an outbound sales role with a fast paced, forward thinking company in the Sales Industry would be advantageous.
