Description: Our Area Managers lead, manage and motivate a team of Branch Managers and staff. Top in-store standards, the achievement of various financial targets, and the delivery of high levels of customer service are our key performance indicators. As one of five Area Managers, reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will: have impact and influence on up to 10 stores in your Area, and be highly organised so that you can manage priorities; demonstrate strong leadership and possess good communication skills, both verbal and written; be responsible for recruiting quality staff at all levels in order to develop your team for future succession planning; have the ability and drive to ensure that your managers achieve consistently high in-store standards in a competitive market where controlling costs is vital.You must be a self-motivated and confident individual who can make a difference to our business from the outset. You should already have Area Management experience, or be at store manager level at the moment and ready to take the next step in your career with a multi-site management opportunity. You will be trained and developed to achieve success in this role. This is a "hands-on" role where you will inspire Branch Managers by leading from the front. You must therefore be willing to get involved with your teams in-store and be seen to be part of the Farmfoods ethos and culture. THE REWARDSStarting salary of £27,000. Fully expensed company car.
