Description: Litigation Executive (Personal Injury) Sutton Coldfield 16-18k My client, a leading midlands based legal practice, current seek an enthusiastic Litigation Executive to join their highly successful personal injury team. The role of Litigation Executive will see you working in a fee earning capacity, managing a case load of approximately 150 fast track claims. The case load will include a mixture of EL/PL and RTA claims. You will be responsible for the claim from inception to settlement. For the role of Litigation executive it is essential that you have experience of dealing with pre and post litigation fast track personal injury files. You will also be required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels. A brilliant starting salary of 16-18k is on offer along with an excellent benefits package and ongoing training opportunities to help develop your career.
