My client has the urgent requirement for an experienced recruiter to help in their busy HR function. This public sector organisation, based in Hampshire is emerging from a fascinating change program and seeks the abilities of a strong recruiter to add value in the resourcing area You will be expected to have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, hold current employment law, HRIS systems SAP would be particularly beneficial, be a strong communicator, ideally CIPD qualified (but not essential and be able to hit the ground running.
