Description: RESERVATIONS CONSULTANTSMy client has been established since 1993, they are looking to recruit individuals who are target driven, with ability to work well under pressure, will need to have a background in travel which will result in you having a good level of destination knowledge. You will have an efficient and professional approach. Experience of viewdata is essential and for their Worldwide/Far East Reservations team, CRS experience is also essential.The successful applicant will be liaising directly with customers over telephone and searching for competitive quotes using viewdata. Their strong rapport building skills will enable them to build a relationship with the customer, ensuring the call results in a booking. Will also be responsible for following up on leads that have previously been generated, converting the enquiries into bookings using their travel knowledge.The working hours within their reservations team are on a rota basis working 3 weekdays and 1 weekend day every week.Early 9:30-8:30pm, Mid 9:30-9pm, Late 10am-9:30pmWeekend Sat 9-5:30pm, Sun 10-6pm.Salary is £16k basic, + bonuses, upto 27 days holiday, discounted holidays and various educationals, free car park, childcare vouchers , pension scheme, dress down Fridays, and excellent benefits and great opportunities for progression.THIS POSITION IS BASED IN STOCKPORT
