Description: Helpdesk Support Analyst skilled in software application support on a service desk, customer service and a solutions orientated mind has an excellent opportunity to work on varied and challenging projects with this national IT services company offering career progression and development! You will be responsible for the full support cycle from the initial log of the customer issue to its resolution. Knowledge and skills in Customer Service, problem solving, and excellent communication and team skills are essential for this role along with self motivation and personal development. Client Server Application Support, Oracle database knowledge and data querying skills such as SQL Plus are desirable but not essential.
