Description: Customer Service Advisors Full Time, Permanent £12,050 - £14,850 PA Potential to earn up to £17,700 STOCKPORT - The pyramid To start: ASAP (We will also accommodate any notice periods you have to work to) Immediate interview dates available We are looking for excellent customer service advisors to work at Stockport within the customer contact centre. Ideally you will have some experience of dealing with customers at any level, this does include customer service all call centre within any environment and retail backgrounds. You will have experience of dealing with angry customers, difficult situations, going the extra mile, team working and deadlines or targets (inc. education & personal) The Role: This is a pure customer service role working within a call centre environment and will involve; - Taking inbound call from existing customers - Dealing with customer queries - Dealing with customer complaints and issues - Understanding customer needs - Matching products to customer requirements - Working to "performance" based target (no sales) Please Email: donna.leedham@adecco.co.uk or call Donna Leedham on 0161 233 8100 to arrange an appointment.
