Communications and Information Technology Services is in the final stages of a major restructure and process modernisation, which is focussed on delivering greatly improved, customer focused services and enabling the implementation of an ambitious five year IT strategy, to consolidate and integrate our information systems.
As part of a four-person team you will be responsible for the management of a group of Support Analysts that deal with incidents and problems as part of the operation of our IT service desk. You will have an excellent understanding of computer systems, networks and the customer perspective and often be expected to work on your own initiative.
With a degree or other relevant professional qualification at graduate level, you will have good communication skills and a broad and detailed knowledge of IT customer support.
You will work a shift pattern covering 37 hours a week, between 7.00am and 8.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am and 5.00pm on Saturdays.
