Description: Job descriptionTo develop IT applications and support usersin their use of them, with particular emphasis on casemanagement:Participate in all phases of the softwaredevelopment lifecycle, adhering to agreed standards andmethodologiesLiaise with business analyst team to captureand analyse user requirementsTo proactively suggest improvements thatcould be made to the software and/or working practicesDevelopment of solutions or fixes whereappropriateSupport the end users in the use of theapplicationsWork closely with other members of the ITdevelopment and support teams to offer integrated solutionsProvide training support whereapplicableProvide appropriate levels of IT and end userdocumentationQualifications /experience:Minimum of 24 months experience in an IT applicationsenvironment.Good knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications, case management (preferably Legis, Solcase 8, butothers acceptable)A flexible individual with good planning andorganising skillsGood analytical skills and attention todetailProfessional and credible with technical andnon technical peopleGood team player
