Description: Superb opportunity to join this excellent corporate hotel operation which has just had major investment having undergone extensive refurbishment. The hotel has great leisure facilities as well as restaurant and extensive banqueting facilities. We are recruiting for a Sous Chef at a salary of up to 22,000 per annum Job Description As Sous Chef you will focus on supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team. You will produce food for the 100 cover restaurant, banqueting up to 400 as well as room service. You will manage the production to brand standards and control purchasing with company supplier lists. Required Experience * Corporate Hotel experience as a Sous Chef * Confident manager with the ability to lead the team * Strong financial understanding of kitchen financials * Ability to manage volume across various outlets Salary and Benefits The starting salary for the role is 22,000 negotiable plus many corporate benefits including discounted hotel rooms.
