Description: My client based in Langley requires a Credit Controller on a perm or temp-perm basis:Main duties to include:*Cash collection of sales ledger accounts by e-mail, fax, phone and letter*To ensure cash is allocated correctly and accounts reconciled for month end*Updating comments on customer accounts with current actions*To ensure queries are resolved as quickly as possible*Opening new accounts from Credit Application Form and setting credit limit*To provide a high level of customer service and help identify process improvementSkills needed:*Previous experience of credit control *Accurate attention to detail and presentation*Good communication skills at all levels*Good general knowledge of how systems work.*To assist other members of the team with any miscellaneous duties*Banking cheques when necessary*General accounting duties should the need arise.This role is paying up to a £22k salary/ £11 per hourParkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.Parkside Recruitment is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
