Description: 1st line Support - Helpdesk – IT, Telco - Berkshire - £24k. Required by a global-leading IT Managed Services company, the Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing First Line Technical Support in a fast moving call centre environment carrying out the following tasks: First Line Diagnostics. Ticket Logging. Updating Client Communication Escalation. The Helpdesk Analyst will be the first point of call for clients seeking technical assistance with various applications and products. The Helpdesk Analyst will log calls on the fault reporting system to be escalated to the appropriate client group for resolution and communicate with clients once resolution has been achieved. The successful Helpdesk Analyst will have a strong interest in IT, be client focused and have the ability to respond to tight deadlines and work under pressure.This is a fantastic opportunity with a very progressive career path.
