Description: PR AdminstratorOur client, based close to Stockley Park, are a highly innovative and reputable organisation within the health and beauty industry. You would be joining the PR Department as its Admin Assistant. As well as covering international PR, the department also covers advertising, marketing, point of sale material, website content, events and shows. Due to this workload, the department is in need of a hardworking Admin Assistant that radiates passion, commitment and a keen desire to succeed.This is a busy role that requires amazing organisation skills and an ability to juggle many projects at once. Duties to include:·Ordering  products - Maintain stock levels in PR Office by ordering products and filling shelves when stock is delivered.·Media Enquiries -frequent calls from journalists and you may be required to take messages and confirm, prices, stockist number etc. Full training will be given. As a result of these enquiries, you will be asked to send the requested products to the journalists. This must be dealt with in a speedy and professional manner and will mean liaising with courier firms/Royal Mail etc.·Press releases - Co-ordinate and oversee mailings of press releases and products. ·Press Cuttings - Scan press cuttings as they are received. Email national cuttings to the sales team, create posters of latest national cuttings for display around the office and then file cuttings accordingly. Send regional cuttings to the relevant UK Account Manager and arrange for press books for French and Belgium Account Managers.·Charity Letters - Respond accordingly to charity letters and send products when necessary.·Sales team - Help prepare material to be distributed to the teamHead Office Staff - Work closely with all departments including Design, IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Services. Co-ordinate monthly evaluation of calls to the Customer Service Department, which have been generated as a result of media coverage.·General PA requirements to Head of International PR-This will involve organising flights, hotels, meetings etc.
