Description: Are you looking for a an opportunity to work for the largest recruitment company in the world? We are currently looking for a recruitment consultant to take over our existing temporaries desk. Promoting Adecco to our local client base, you will be responsible for the sourcing of quality temporary candidates for our clients. You will be working to targets and your mission will be to grow our existing temps desk and ensure maximum profitability. Your role will be varied as you will be involved in sales and marketing activities including cold calling, sending mailers and client meetings.You will also be meeting, assessing and interviewing potential candidates. Although you will ideally have sales experience, it is your personal qualities that are most important to us. If you have the determination and the desire, then we have an industry beating training package and support network to ensure your success. Being a sales role, it goes without saying that we are looking for somebody that is a natural at building rapport. You will also need the tenacity and motivation to want to succeed. As well as participating in branch sales activity, you will also need to have exceptional administrative and organisational skills. You will be ensuring that our business complies with the latest legislation and that our records are maintained.
