Description: A fast growing well established company based in Hinckley is seeking someone who will act as a first line Account Advisor. The job includes dealing with customers, using the telephone (inbound and outbound), arranging survey dates, organising appointments and managing customer queries either by resolving them or escalating to a line manager. In addition the role will include liaising with other departments. The experience required for the position would be to have come from a customer service background inbound or front facing, extremely good at problem solving and good computer literacy skills.
