Description: Working in a busy customer service / call centre environment taking inbound calls from customers regarding their deliveries and orders. COmpleting the claims process with the customer, for any damaged or missing goods.This role requires somebody with excellent problem solving skills, a confident telephone manner and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines in a pressurised environment. Previous call centre experience is desirable. Own transport also essential due to company location.
