This construction and engineering company is seeking a HR Officer to support and coach line managers to effectively manage all aspects of employee relations and advise on all staff related matters. You will also coordinate the salary review process, ensure contract renewal is managed effectively and communicate with the payroll department. In partnership with the management team you will plan and implement learning and development activities, produce monthly reports and work on increasing retention rates as well as working with the assistant HR Officer to provide full administrative support to the HR department.To be considered for this role you must be CIPD qualified and have experience working within a large professional services company.
