Description:   Pastry Chef, 20,000 - 22,000. Pastry Chef required for this 4 * 2 Rosette Hotel in Cumbria. As Pastry Chef you will be in complete control of the Pastry section. Your role will involve menu design, ordering of stock and staff training. Experience in Rosettes is essential and a minimum of 2 years as a Pastry Chef is needed.JOB DESCRIPTION Pastry Chef required with Rosette background is required to work in this independent Country Hotel producing the finest dishes and menus, using the very best quality ingredients. You will be in charge of the Pastry department so your role will include menu design plus staff training. To work through various sections in the pastry kitchen with the ability to prepare and serve dishes to a high standard. Various shift patterns, 5 out of 7 days. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Catering qualifications or training within the industry are required and previous experience within a similar establishment is essential. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
