Description: DescriptionCCL (www.cclglobal.com) has been requested by a major EPC contractor to provide a Contracts Specialist to be based in the Aberdeen area. Client would prefer candidates who live within easy travelling distance. Must be willing to travel as and when required by Client. Candidates must be willing to join a busy Commercial and Procurement group that carries out interpretation and implementation of contract and commercial matters. Attractive terms and conditions to be negotiated with the successful individual.QualificationsRelevant tertiary education. Commercial experience preferred but not necessarily in a similar role. Ability to work well under pressure within very tight time frames. Must be able to work within a closely knit team. Flexible in working hours. Good organisational skills and smart working methods. Self motivated, proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and workflow management skills. Fluent written and spoken English. UK / EEA citizens or residents only.ExperienceExperience should include a good degree of technical understanding relative to the sector. Relevant previous experience in a commercial / contracting environment is preferred. Broad experience of sourcing and placing contracts for services and equipment utilised in the subsea installation sector. A good understanding of the application of contractual terms and conditions i.e. LOGIC etc. Experienced in a commercial / contracting environment preferably in the subsea oil and gas industry.
