Description: Due to continued growth and career progression opportunities, my client are currently recruiting for vacancies for Office Based Broker Consultants at sites in both Central and North Bristol. The purpose of the role is to sell Protection and Wealth Management products and services over the phone to IFAs, working where appropriate with field based consultants.To provide expert advice to your clients, you will have the opportunity to specialise in either Protection or Wealth Management products. To hit your targets and grow your business, you will be building relationships with your customers, understanding their needs and in turn helping them develop their business. The role1. Develop, agree and implement a personal business plan for designated accounts, consistent with area objectives, in order to deliver agreed targets. 2. Develop product sales through collaborative working with key internal Distribution Channel stakeholders 3. Deliver and document sales activity in line with agreed business plans. 4. Identify the support required to deliver agreed targets (resources, training etc.) 5. Apply market knowledge and commercial acumen to identify and focus activity on contacts which deliver high volumes.6. Actively promote products by demonstrating benefits to the IFA 7. Monitor customer satisfaction, analyse results and ensure that conclusions are fed back into the account planning and management process 8. Apply knowledge of the IFA marketplace and commercial acumen to create viable but innovative solutions for the IFA and assist them to grow their business 9. Identify opportunities and /or recommend ways to assist the IFA in growing their business 10. Take personal responsibility for resolving customer service problems. 11. Identify and build relationships with key Registered Individuals within designated IFAs to ensure that relevant information/comments are fed back into the account planning and management process 12. Identify and act on opportunities for cross-selling Skills, knowledge and behaviour· Strong planning and organisational skills · Flexibility, adaptability to manage under pressure and cope with change · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written · Self starting and proactive · Creative and imaginative · FPC Qualified or equivalent (desirable)· Current knowledge of desired IFA market · Current knowledge of competitor activity in the IFA market place · Strong sales skills & experience · Demonstrated relationship development & management skills · Networking skills · Computer literacy · Track record of delivering sales targets · Good working knowledge of regulatory requirements within sales .
