Communications and Information Technology Services is in the final stages of a major restructure and process modernisation, which is focussed on delivering greatly improved, customer focused services and enabling the implementation of an ambitious five year IT strategy, to consolidate and integrate our information systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Support Team, delivering high quality support to customers.
With a degree or working towards a relevant professional qualification at graduate level, you will have good communication skills and a practical experience of working with desktop computers and applications. Networking, telecoms skills and previous experience in a customer-orientated support role would be advantageous.
You will work a shift pattern covering 37 hours a week, between 7.00am and 8.00pm on weekdays and 9.00am and 5.00pm on Saturdays.
