Description: Our client is the middle east arm of an international commercial conference business who produce a wide range of international business to business conferences throughout the Middle East.You are an experienced commercial conference producer who is now looking for an international role in this exciting and rapidly developing market. Your duties will include:- carrying out comprehensive research into the relevant market and topic- writing promotionally-led programme and sales copy that are in the language of the market- acquiring top level speakers as defined during the research phase and recommended by the relevant editorial team- managing the conference on the day to ensure the most successful event possible- actively sourcing and qualifying sponsorship leads; writing detailed sales briefs and liaising with the sponsorship manager on a regular basis to keep updated on the progress of the campaign.- acquiring of between senior-level industry speakers for each event as highlighted by research- working closely and developing excellent relationships with Marketing, Operations and Editorial teamsIf you have at least two years experience of commercial conference production and are either already working on the Middle East or looking to relocate to the region, then please send your CV asap.
