This role will provide that and more!Have you experience in Sales or Recruitment Consultancy? This is an opportunity to work with the largest UK specialist recruiter. Working within the HR recruitment division, based in Watford you will be working with a client base and candidate base in South Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. You will be working on an exisiting desk, recruiting for a wide range of clients, sourcing HR professionals. A typical week would consist of meeting clients to discuss new jobs briefs, interviewing HR candidates, marketing candidates to clients on a speculative basis and carrying out business development calls to target clients. The office beneftis from good repeat local business and working with our colleagues in London to source candidates for city-based roles. We are looking for a driven, commerical individual with previous commercial experience. You will be working to financial targets, You will be able to give examples of your commercial acumen, your ability to establish and maintain strong, effective business relationship, the ability to work in a team.
