Description: Our client, one of the UK’s leading housing and criminal justice organisations is currently recruiting for a Support Officer as part of a the nationwide Bail Accommodation and Support Scheme.As a Support Officer you will provide direct support to people entering the criminal justice system on bail and undertake assessments identifying their risk and individual housing needs. Using your experience supporting and working with offenders and vulnerable people you will act as a key-worker for the Service User, liaise with all key criminal justice and health agencies and monitor the service users compliance with conditions.The key aspects of the role are as follows: Risk/Needs assessments and the development of individual support plans, Multi-agency liaison and referral, Delivery of face to face contact sessions for service users, Monitoring the service users compliance with conditions, Reporting and recording of all incidents and issuing warnings.
