You will take responsibility for overseeing the recruitment procedure - interviewing, induction, and placement of applicants. You will monitor overall and individual performance, acting as a proactive source of information, and a communication channel for staff, clients, applicants and head office. You will be striking up and maintaining business relationships through organising campaigns, making presentations, telephone calls and meetings. You will be responsible for setting long and short term goals for yourself, and the branch, and overcoming any problems that arise in reaching them by planning alternative solutions.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE* Must be an existing Manager within the Commercial Recruitment industry - Senior Consultants looking for the next step up will also be considered* Must have local area knowledge* You are results driven and have a track record that illustrates your ability to develop and deliver winning sales strategies working with teams and/ or in isolation* You are highly innovative with an infectious energy.
