This is an opportunity to join a great team of people who have a great attitude to their work and also work in a genuinely friendly atmosphere.Their welcoming team give comprehensive, professional and above all, local and personalised advice on a wide range of insurance products.Our client is seeking a customer focused and motivated person to join their team:Summary of main responsibilities:Providing customer service and administrative service to existing customers. Carrying out routine office administration duties as required.Summary of main activities:General Office Duties :Undertake general office duties such as telephone answering, filing, customer reception, maintaining email system, stationary ordering, reviewing work diary, occasional typing, dealing with incoming and outgoing post as required.Initial batching of renewal documentation, ensuring that it is prepared, issued and followed up as appropriate.Processing of client account transactions Collate paperwork for agents appointments, arrange visits and reviews for agents/Existing Clients :Review and advise upon customer insurance requirements, ensuring that customer enquiries and policy amendments are dealt with in accordance with relevant guidelines.Process renewal documentation, review renewal terms and suggest changes as appropriate to assist in the retention of business, undertake renewal best practice.Deal with and process appropriate mid-term policy enquiries and changes. Cross sell at every opportunity.Advise and liaise on claims matters with customers and NFU Mutual as customer service requirements and procedures dictate.Deal with incoming claims enquiries, deal with or redirect as appropriate, ensuring that the claims are dealt with in accordance with relevant guidelinesNew Business :Assist in sales and marketing initiatives and take an agreed role in following up new business prospects.Handle new business enquiries, quotations and processing as appropriate.Credit Control : Undertake required procedures for client accounting and money collection and processing.A minimum grade of C is required in English & Maths
