Procurement Manager required to provide procurement and commercial advise for Facilities related sourcing.Our client is looking for Procurement Managers with a proven extensive knowledge of procuring Facilities Services (Mechanical & Electrical Services, AV Engineering, Travel, Catering, Cleaning, Utilities and Move Management).Procurement skills working with £ms contract negotiation is also required as essential.Responsibilities include -* Best practice tender management; preparation of bid documents and effective management of supplier selection process and pricing analysis; ensure selection of most appropriate supplier - assess capability, capacity and financial standing.* Negotiation of terms and conditions and pricing in conjunction with legal support and other key stakeholders and business functions as appropriate; demonstrate value for money and achieved cost savings; ensure most appropriate commercial relationship and pricing model.* Effective management and mitigation of commercial risk and exposure of the business.* Preparation and drafting of service level agreements including service credit regimes.* Review, develop and expand/consolidate as necessary the supplier base.* Effective communication with internal customers and external suppliers as required to effectively manage procurement projects.* Ensure savings achieved are credible, verifiable and reported; liaison with budget holder to ensure rigorous and effective saving tracking against targets.If you are a Procurement Manager with excellent communicator at all levels and have strong influencing skills, please send your CV to joanne.randall@projectpeople.com now.Project People Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
