They deal with the sale of property across the Isle of Wight in both rural and waterside locations.They now have an opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency Manager to join their team. Ideally you will have experience dealing with property sales in the 400K to 600K plus price bracket however a professional attitude, high standards and enthusiasm are essential.Ideally you will have some managerial experience and be comfortable negotiating and winning instructions in the middle price range.My client is looking for someone who is looking to relocate to the Island but would look at candidates able to commute from Southampton or Portsmouth in the short term.
