Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales Executive in the Northampton/ Milton Keynes area to work for a leading company in the supply of mailroom, document and logistics solutions in the corporate, public and professional sectors.Our client offers excellent career opportunities together with an uncapped commission plan that lets you enjoy outstanding monetary rewards.Responsibilities include: -* Successfully completing and achieving all training modules within the 6 month training period to graduate from the academy.* Ensuring you gain a thorough understanding and knowledge of the product base* Shadowing and supporting successful field sales executives in your team* Sourcing new business and competition through cold calling/ canvassing out in the field* Gaining development and training on a 1 to 1 basis with the Sales Manager by joint field visits* Attending follow up courses at the Birmingham Head Office* Achieving set sales targets and generating sales leadsRole Dimensions:* Field based 4 days per week after initial training * 1 day a week spent in the office, making appointments, team building or training* 4 pre booked appointments per day spent in the field* To continually learn on a daily basis about the industry/ our clients products* To successfully hit pre determined sales targets * To work towards a 1 in 4 close on all sales deals* To canvas everyday (around appointments) for new business* To demonstrate our clients range successfully* To achieve a level of understanding of KPI'sApplications from people without previous business-to-business sales experience will be considered, as you will receive full training.If you are looking for a career in sales please do contact us.Please apply NOW by either contacting ruth@lambtondale.co.ukor visiting our website to register your details and someone will be in touch within the next 48hrs to discuss the role further.www.lambtondale.co.uk
