Description: Sous Chef 25k Guild ford Sous Chef 25k -25k per Annam + tips, split shifts, 5 day week -Working for an outstanding restaurant that can offer you fantastic opportunity to express yourself through Italian food. -Assisting the Head Chef run the restaurant kitchen in this busy site with a brigade of 4.-Assisting the Head Chef with the organisation of all food presentation and upholding and building on the fantastic standards of this restaurant -Ideally in a Senior CDP or Sous Chef position in a large restaurant or pub. -You will be looking for your first Sous Chef role or be a Sous Chef already. As Sous Chef you will be creative and have a sound knowledge and extreme passion for the Italian cuisine. This restaurant will have a superb location for locals and tourists alike and offers fantastic rustic Italian food that is cooked to an extremely high standard, with that passionate Italian flare we all love.
