Description: This world renown brand are seeking to appoint a Senior Tax Manager based in Uxbridge. You will be Responsible for all aspects of UK Tax Compliance, Planning, Tax Accounting & Reporting and closely involved with the European and International Tax departments, providing support in areas such as corporate restructuring and transfer pricing. This a broad role that will allow you to gain experience in a number of ad hoc projects including due diligence, capitalisation and dividend planning. You must hold a formal tax qualification and have a commercial outlook and a sound understanding of UK Corporate Tax.
