Description: A large company in Birstall is looking to recruit an experienced team leader with strong leadership skills who can lead by example. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar position and performance managed teams through motivation, training and coaching.Role to include- Training and coaching of customer service advisors- Conducting performance reviews- Recruitment of staff- Ensure a high level of communication, providing regular feedback to manager on trends, workload, call volumes and any major issues, including staff issues.- Plan and schedule resource to manage peaks and troughs to achieve service.- Assist team members with any complex queries or issues.- Liaise as necessary to improve processes, resolve problems and complaints- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as necessary- Any other duties in conjunction with the role as required by managerThe salary is £15K-£18K depending on experience plus benefits.
