Description: Customer Service/Sales Order Coordinator - 6 - 9 month contract Based in Uxbridge £23K-£25K This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join this leading international publisher of interactive entertainment products. The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for assigned accounts including purchase order review and order processing. Other key duties will include: *Coordinating with customers and sales personnel *Identifying the root cause of service issues and working with customers and sales personnel to develop and implement solutions *Identifying account credit issues and proactively working with accounting to ensure account information is correct and orders are released from credit hold in a timely manner *Entering manual orders into the order processing system *Coordinating with the warehouse to ensure customer orders are 'picked, packed and shipped' in accordance with the customer's instructions *Identifying special handling requirements on an order- by- order basis and ensuring these requirements are communicated to and executed by the warehouse *Liasing with the sales coordinator, ensuring back orders are kept to a minimum *Processing all appropriate documentation and completing system updates as required to ensure timely invoicing of accounts *Tracking customer orders and communicating sales and shipping information as required *Maintaining on- going customer communication regarding future release status, product information (cost, UPC codes, weights, etc), PODs, order status *Providing support for ongoing operations projects and programs *Any additional billing required for inter- company sales The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and have previous experience within customer services. The ability to work under pressure will prove essential within this environment combined with the ability to prioritise your workload.
