With a turnover of £60m+ they are cash rich and this is evident by their excellent commission structure. ROLE This is a full 360 degree recruitment role. You will make sales and service calls in order to maximise the revenue on your desk. You will chase all leads and ask for referrals from your network of contacts. Success will be achieved by growing your contacts within SME businesses and you will meet your contacts where ever possible. You will advertise vacancies yourself and then sell your vacancies to your candidates. At the interview stage you will actively take an involvement in the negotiating of remuneration and assist your candidates in gaining offers by objection handling.
