Description: My client, a leader in its field is looking to a recruit an interim Finance Manager for their York based operation.You will play a key role within the business, supporting the Financial Controller and establishing changes to be made within the department. Key Skills:* Support the Financial Controller in the day to day running of the department* Managing a team of seven within the finance team* Making recommendations for operational changes within the finance team* Month end processesYou will be a Qualified Accountant with excellent staff management experience and the ability to facilitate change. You communication skills will play a key part of this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a role that has the potential to become permanent. Salary guide, £40,000.
