Description: We are currently working on behalf of a Specialist Recruitment agency to find an experienced Consultant to work in their Peterborough-based office The role of the Recruitment Consultant will involve taking responsibility for all issues involving agency workers. The selected candidate will have to ensure that each worker has filled in the correct paperwork to join the agency, supplied the correct documentation to prove they have the right to work and also monitor their performance once placed in an assignment. In addition to the above, it is the Recruitment Consultants responsibility to be pro-active in gaining new business for the company and also to liaise regularly with existing clients. Experience in recruitment is desirable for this role, however not essential. A good strong customer service background with sales is required though as is the ability to work to targets and deadlines, be able to prioritise workloads and being able to work using your own initiative. Working hours are 9 - 5, Monday to Friday.
