Description: A Large organisation in Bradford is currently looking for a graduate member of CIPD HR Advisor. The candidate must show experience of supporting line managers in all areas of policy change and employment law. Successful applicants will show examples of where you have led projects and contribute to the delivery of major change programmes.Role and Requirements- Contribute to the delivery of major change programmes developing detailed HR Plans and supporting line managers in implementation - Develop, coach and support Line Managers where necessary to be able to effectively manage the people impacts of major change programmes - Lead and develop the HR Administrator (Change Programmes)- Develop an understanding of the business, translating external and internal influences into relevant advice for Line Managers;- Liaise with HR colleagues on collective staff representation issues;- Initiate and complete project work as required;- Provide timely and accurate employment law and employee relations advice to ensure any employment tribunal cases are at an absolute minimum and managed effectively;Candidates must have flexibility to travel and stay away overnight 2/3 nights per week.Salary is £28,000-£30,000 plus an excellent benefits package For more information please contact the Leeds officeCharterhouse is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all ages
