Description:
Chef de partie Full time position, working 5 out of 7 days, on a rota basis. Main duties include preparing, cooking and serving service menu items to agreed standards. You will be required to deputise for the Snr Chef de Partie in their absence and supervise the unit to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen. You must have an NVQ 1 & 2 level qualification and previous relevant experience. NVQ 3 advantageous. 3 years as Chef de Partie required, or in more junior position with supervisory and training responsibilities. A great opportunity to develop skills alongside an experienced Senior Chef De Partie. No split shift.
