You will work closely with Sales and Consulting, as well as Development, Release Management and Quality Assurance to provide solutions to our exclusive client list ? including DnBNOR, McDonald's, Coca-Cola, TeliaSonera, SAS Group, NorgesGruppen, Statoil Hydro Energy&Retail, Deloitte, Skanska, Choice Hotels, Tandberg, Carlsberg, PGS, Thomas Cook, Telecom Italia, Delta Lloyd Bank and Egmont. ?, and to drive our business and your career forward.RequirementsExperience in Product Management or Project ManagementThorough understanding of internet technologies Proven leadership, negotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to make decisions independently or as part of team Knowledge of staffing or recruiting processes a plus ResponsibilitiesAnalysing market needs to create and continually refine an innovative product roadmapCommanding a full understanding of the intended solution and negotiating software development priorities with key internal and external stakeholdersCollaborating with Product Design and Developments team to translate product requirements into functional specification documentsOrganising and hosting user councils, and providing first line knowledge transfer and education on new products to all internal audiences The IndividualAs a Product Manager you will have strong communication and presentation skills, and a methodical and critical approach to problem solving.
